- For poetry, its art flourished during the Tang dynasty. Poetry became an integral part of the Chinese culture. People who wished to pass the state/imperial exams had to study poetry.

These productions can be traded as they are valued by many other countries. There is a lot of interaction between the Chinese and people of other cultures. The Tang people were prosperous and content. The arts flourished during this era.

He has led Singapore from a third-world fishing village to a cosmopolitan metropolis, an economy hub buzzing with activity everyday all thanks to his leadership. He has made Singaporeans prosperous and thanks to Mr Lee Kuan Yew's bilingual programme and racial equality mindset, we have become appreciative of the arts and cultures of other people, allowing the arts to flourish in Singapore.
HOW CAN SINGAPORE BE SEEN AT ITS OWN VERSION OF THE "GOLDEN AGE"?
- People are content with their lives.
- Different arts and cultures flourish in Singapore and we Singaporeans appreciate and embrace them.
- Singapore is flourishing in prosperity.
- There is racial equality.
